MTN Business has unveiled their new brand positioning campaign dubbed #BusinessDoneBetter.
MTN Eswatini, Business division launched the campaign during a luncheon held at the Happy Valley Hotel yesterday evening, where the mobile telecommunications company had invited their business clients. Thandazile Dlamini, Head of Business Enterprise at MTN Eswatini noted that their new brand positioning talks to their aspirations of being an ICT leader in Africa and trusted partner for businesses in their digital evolution.
Dlamini said they have realized that the changing technological environment will favour businesses that are nimble, agile and digital enabled. She noted that as MTN Business they have invested significantly in infrastructure which will enable them to deliver quality service to their clients. She observed that they are working towards being a technology solutions provider, not just telecommunications provider. Dlamini revealed that as MTN Eswatini they have added services such as, IOT, Cloud Solutions, Unified Communications, and Managed Networks among other services.
“Our new brand positioning says business can be done better, emaSwati running businesses can do better by being digitally enabled. We want to be the business enabler of choice in the country, meeting customers’ needs and demands”.
The Head of Business Enterprise said MTN Business will help support business leaders achieve growth in their respective businesses. She said as MTN Business their market were small, medium, and large businesses as well as the public sector.
“We promise increased capacity in terms of bandwidth for our MTN Business customers. We will also leverage from a recent partnership we have with Microsoft as MTN Group. We have also launched two 5G sites which is part of our service offering for our business clients and we have no doubt that it will lead to your business being more efficient”.
Notable attendees during the MTN Business Luncheon included, The Director of SMEs at the Ministry Of Commerce Industry and Trade, Mluleki Dlamini, Standard Bank Eswatini Chief Executive (CE), Mvuselelo Fakudze, Eswatini Water Services Corporation (EWSC) Managing Director, Jabulile Mashwama, and the Director of Linac Enterprises (OK Foods) Lincon Motsa, among other extinguished guests.
