By Regent Business School & Start-Up Business Foundation
Regent Business School & the Start-Up Business Foundation are offering an entrepreneurial 8-week programme geared toward aspiring and existing businesses.
The Start-Up Business Foundation is a youth-focused empowerment non-profit organization that was founded in 2019 dedicated to fostering wealth creation through entrepreneurship promotion.
Conversely, Regent Business School delivers the entrepreneurial programme through the REGENT Enterprise Development Hub (REDhub).
The REDhub leverages the business school’s iLeadLABs or national technology hubs, and the continuous improvement initiatives to its knowledge-exchange practices, to champion entrepreneurial development, with the intention of contributing to sustainable economic recovery.
This programme targets aspiring and existing entrepreneurs as well as those who are employed and are willing to grow their entrepreneurship skills through an exciting 8-week journey with the Regent Business School Business Planning module.
Graduates of the programme will be able to pitch to a Start-up financing model of up to E150 000.00. Furthermore, graduates will also receive mentorship and coaching for the first 3-5 years of business operations.
A study done by the Start-Up Foundation from 2019-2022 unearthed that the entrepreneurship industry is not a sustainable environment due to the following; poor financial skills, poor market identification or unreliable market, and, lack of marketing and sales to the digital economy.
The programme is designed to equip entrepreneurs with financial skills, marketing, pitching skills, and digital marketing. It offers the best business planning tools with top-quality programme facilitators.
Benefits of being part of the programme;
· Learn financial management, pitching skills, marketing, and digital marketing.
· Start or grow a professional entrepreneurship career.
· Enjoy free business coaching, mentorship, and access to workstations by being part of the HUB.
· Access to reliable markets.
· Access necessary resources quickly e.g. equipment, finance, etc.
Application is now open for interested candidates to be part of the first class in July 2023. They can reach out to Start-up atstartups169@gmail.com for more information and or visit any Regent Office in Manzini or Mbabane.
