Riscura Solutions Eswatini has come out as the best-evaluated tenderer for the Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) tender of Investment Consultancy Services. The company had tendered a contract price of E4.5 million excluding VAT which the Public Service Pensions Fund has approved.
The information is contained on the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA) website. Riscura Solutions is a purpose-driven global investment firm that offers investors unique insights and guidance to help shape their future whilst still achieving and exceeding financial goals for its clients.
According to Riscura Solutions’ website, they have operations in twelve countries including the Kingdom of Eswatini.
The PSPF is a public organization that was established in 1993 for the management and administration of pensions for government (public sector) employees. The Fund has assets that are valued at just over E30 billion.
The scheme is run as a Defined Benefit pension and provides the following products for its members and their dependents:
- Funeral Cover
- Death Benefits
- Disability Benefits
- Retirement Benefits
- Withdrawal Benefits
- Early Retirement
- Deferred Retirement
- Abolition of Office
- Forced Medical Retirement.
Riscura Solutions Eswatini attained a score of 83% while the next best competitor Alexander Forbes & ESEBC, a South African and Swazi company attained 79%.

The ESPPRA however notes that being the best-evaluated tenderer does not constitute a contract. “In terms of sections 45 (5), 46, and 47 of the Act, all tenderers who submitted bids are notified that a period of ten working days is hereby allowed for submission of any application for review from the stated date of first publication of this notice”.
